🔹 Stronger protection with PSD2 authentication
Since December 31, 2020, online payments have become even more secure for all our customers, thanks to the new European PSD2 regulation, which introduces enhanced authentication measures.
Your shopping experience will remain safe and seamless. According to this directive, you simply need to confirm your identity by entering a temporary 3D Secure code or using your fingerprint via your bank’s app.
Each bank applies different authentication methods. We recommend contacting your bank to activate this service and ensure smooth purchases. Below is a short guide on the new payment process. For further details, please contact our Customer Service.
Guide to the New Payment Process
1.Complete Your Order – After adding products to your cart, enter your shipping and billing details, then select your preferred payment method.
2. Receive a Notification from Your Bank – Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a notification to authenticate the transaction following the new PSD2 regulation.
3. Authorize the Payment – Each bank has its own authentication method, such as a temporary code, SMS, PIN, or simply using your fingerprint via your bank’s app.
4. Order Confirmation – Once authentication is complete and payment is approved, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
