• Your E-Gift Card is delivered digitally via email, respecting the environment, and can be used immediately
• With the E-Gift Card, the recipient can visit the Histomer Milano website and purchase whatever they prefer

• The E-Gift Card can be sent via email to the recipient of your gift and is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged, except as stated in the "Terms and Conditions" e "Returns and Refunds" sections of the website.
• A product purchased with an E-Gift Card can be returned or exchanged according to the “Returns and Refunds” section of the website, but it cannot be refunded
• Partial use of the E-Gift Card allows the remaining balance to be used for future orders.

Histomer Milano “Digital” Gift Card (E-Gift Card) Regulations

General Terms of Use

1. The website www.histomer.com, owned by Valetudo S.r.l., allows customers to purchase a digital gift card. The customer must choose the amount of the E-Gift Card and enter the email address to which it should be sent (either their own email or a third party’s). The entered email address will receive a message containing the selected E-Gift Card

2. The purchase price of an E-Gift Card that has not been activated can be refunded using the same payment method within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the regulations outlined in the "Terms and Conditions" e "Returns and Refunds" sections of the website

• To request a refund, customers must contact customer service using the registered email address and provide the order number of the E-Gift Card purchase.

3. The E-Gift Card is strictly personal and can only be used for online purchases on www.histomer.com. Once activated, the E-Gift Card is linked to a personal profile and cannot be transferred to another user.

4. The E-Gift Card can be used by selecting the corresponding option during checkout and can be redeemed in multiple transactions until the full balance is used.

5. The remaining balance of the E-Gift Card can be checked in the designated section of the user’s reserved area on www.histomer.com

6. If the total purchase amount exceeds the available balance on the E-Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid using one of the accepted payment methods on www.histomer.com

7. Items purchased using the E-Gift Card on www.histomer.com are subject to the "Terms and Conditions" of sale available on the website.

8. The E-Gift Card is activated when the recipient receives an email with the code and usage instructions. The 2-year validity period starts from the activation date and will be displayed in the user’s personal account section.

9. Once expired, the E-Gift Card cannot be renewed or used for purchases, and any remaining credit cannot be refunded.

10.E-Gift Cards cannot be purchased to buy other E-Gift Cards, nor can they be bought using discount codes.

11. E-Gift Cards are available in the following values:
