Orders & shipping
Once your order has been shipped, Histomer Milano will send a confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. This email will include a link to the courier’s tracking system.
If your order arrives damaged, please visit the Returns and Refunds section and follow the outlined procedure.
It is not possible to change the shipping address after completing your purchase. However, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team at customercare@histomer.com for assistance.

Product information
Animal testing for cosmetics has been banned in the European Union for years. Since 2004, testing finished cosmetic products on animals has been prohibited, and since 2009, the ban has extended to ingredients and the sale of animal-tested cosmetics, including imports. In 2013, a complete ban was enforced, preventing the sale of products containing ingredients tested on animals for toxicity studies.
Histomer Milano fully complies with these regulations. Furthermore, labeling a product as "cruelty-free" is misleading, as all cosmetics sold in the EU already adhere to these legal requirements under Regulation 1223/2009.
People with celiac disease can safely use cosmetics, as gluten is not absorbed through the skin. According to the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), there is no risk of skin contamination. However, extra caution is advised for products like lipsticks, lip balms, and toothpaste, which could be accidentally ingested. Since ingredient lists may not always clearly indicate the presence of gluten, we recommend reaching out directly to the manufacturer for specific concerns.
During pregnancy, the skin may become more sensitive. We recommend testing any new product on a small area before full application to avoid potential reactions. Histomer Milano formulas are designed for maximum skin tolerance and do not contain ingredients that should be avoided during pregnancy, except for Retinol HPR, which is present in Smooth Radiance Cream and Youth Revive Serum.
All ingredients are carefully selected for safety and gentleness. Additionally, we strongly recommend using sunscreen during pregnancy to protect your skin!
Nickel is prohibited in cosmetics but may be present in trace amounts due to raw material impurities, particularly in pigments and pearls used in makeup formulations. Histomer Milano carefully selects its raw materials and does not use synthetic dyes or pigments, minimizing the risk of contamination.
Additionally, we conduct regular tests to monitor nickel and other heavy metals, ensuring levels remain below detectable limits. However, individuals with nickel sensitivity or a predisposition to allergic reactions should always perform a patch test on a small area, such as the inner wrist, before use.
Histomer Milano formulations do not contain animal-derived ingredients, making them suitable for those following a vegan lifestyle. We carefully select raw materials, prioritizing plant-based and biotechnological components while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
